How can you extend your Psychic Ability?

For about 4 yrs I have seen the future many times. I honestly wouldn't even considor it "deja vu". The only problem is that when I see things like that they don't happen right away, it's usually random. It may be that same day, or a different day or even a yr away. Are there any ways to help yourself understand them more and extend your psychic ability?

That's an excellent question. However, given you have "seen" events that have yet to take place does not necessarily mean you have seen the future. The future, is not set. Only probabilities. Free will.

The tricky part of your question is the answer to it. We all have the ability to create our own existence. If someone, like yourself, (aware and in-tune so to speak) puts enough attention and energy into a feeling, emotion, thought etc... You can actually manifest it.

Deja Vu is real. You "awake" at night when you sleep. Your higher consciousness shows you different scenarios for the path you are on (spiritually), and what would happen if you took that road or the other road.

What you may be experiencing is deja vu. However, it could also be you putting enough feeling, thought into something consciously or subconsciously; that manifested itself from "dream state" to the "awake state"---although its technically reversed. You are more "aware and awake" whilst in sleep than when you are at work or school. (Spiritually speaking)

To extend your psychic ability do the following:

•Meditate (even if for only 10 minutes every 4 or 5 days) the more the better, but anything will work better than nothing.

•Pray. Yes, pray. To God, to your dead grandmother, to Mother Earth. Thank them for allowing you to have another day of learning. Of sharing love.

•Test: Pick something out of the ordinary. I chose a "blue bus". I've seen yellow, green and even red sometimes. Never blue. I focused on that though---pictured it. Spoke the words over and over a few times a day. When I was driving to work, at home, silently. A week or so later--lo and behold! A Blue Bus.

Pick something--anything. Focus. Repeat. Picture. And try it out.

Don't forget mediation and prayer. You don't HAVE to do them, but they are the SAFEST ways to raise your vibrations.
